The purpose of the USR Basketball Association is to establish a comprehensive basketball program and encourage the play of competitive basketball at all levels for you participants in Upper Saddle River.  By virtue of the foregoing purpose, the Association seeks to teach the fundamentals of basketball, the principles of good sportsmanship and the benefits of team play.

The Association will be responsible for all fund raising, establishing rules and guidelines, organizing boys and girls teams and assisting all coaches in providing a positive basketball program in the Boro of Upper Saddle River.  The Association is organized as a New Jersey Non-Profit Corporation.
